These terms are a contract between you and Slip Holdings, LLC for Slip Studio at https://slipstudio.ai. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

18 and over

You must be at least 18. You confirm that when you pass the age gate and when you create an account. We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.

What this is

Slip Studio is a catalog studio. You dress fictional adult avatars in vintage-style slips, petticoats, and related lingerie. Images and clips are generated by software. They are not photographs of real models unless you uploaded a reference you have the right to use.

Clothes stay on. You may not use the studio to request nudity, sexual acts, or anyone who is or appears under 18. We may refuse or delete those jobs.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for looks shot on your account. Do not upload a real person’s face without their permission.

Free stills

• Signed-in members may receive two stills per day, marked with slipstudio.ai. Guests cannot shoot.
• We may add paid stills, video clips, or a membership later. Prices will be shown before you buy.
• We only generate a still when the camera returns a file.

Your files

You may download, keep, and share stills and clips you generate, including on social sites, as long as you follow these terms and the law. We may put a slipstudio.ai mark on free or public-feed images. You grant us a license to store your files, show them to you, and show Feed posts you publish.

We do not claim the copyright in your prompts or in stills made for you, except for our logo, site, and the mark.

The Feed

If you post, you are telling us it is your look, it does not show a minor, and it may be shown to other members. We can remove posts. Loves are not a payment.

Our rights

The studio is provided as-is. Generation can be slow, off-brief, or unavailable. We may change prices, limits, and features. We may suspend accounts that abuse the camera, scrape the site, or break these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slip Holdings, LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost files, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some states do not allow these limits.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
